I’ve been waiting all year for the conditions to line up to give the GoPro mounts that I made a solid go. Finally Keahi and I found ourselves in Indo last month looking at overhead windy barrels.. Keahi went out with the tail mount and I went out simply holding a GoPro on a stick..

Keahi and I have been jumping around Indonesia for the last two months while keeping Bali as home base. It’s not the windiest place in the world, but that still didn’t stop us from having a few fun sessions!!

Keep and eye out every few weeks for another episode! We absolutely scored on a few different islands!

John Amundson and I chased down a swell in the South Pacific..

The wind was so windy that it made filming nearly impossible with all the spray off the waves.. We did manage to get a few good photos, so although not much footage was obtained, I still wanted to share the experience with you.

Stoked on this shot! It’s from one of the first sessions that I had on my new Cabrinha Gear in the beginning of the winter at a local spot on the North Shore. It was a difficult day with gusty, offshore winds, but there were a lot of good waves coming through like this little drainer on the inside.

The issue is packed with a lot more features.. Check it out!
