Most travelers will fly through Honolulu and will generally have an overnight there on Thursday night, then catch the Friday morning flight to Majuro, Marshall Islands. Things can be a little tricky because of the dateline crossing each way, please see detailed info below.
From Australia, we generally recommend the longer, but easier trip going through Honolulu. You can also do Air Nauru from Brisbane, but it is a little more tedious.

Immigration Form
When you are in the Republic of the Marshall Islands you will be issued an immigration form that you must keep until your departure. When you leave they will ask to see it to determine how long you were in the Marshall Islands. Please take care of that form once they give it to you.
What happens when I arrive in Majuro?
Once in Majuro, our staff will meet you and coordinate the next leg of your trip.
What happens when I arrive on the Outer Island?
The small plane will disembark and our staff will greet you and get your bags. Our boat will be waiting and we will get you onboard. There will be a quick boat ride over to Beran Island, and you will be surfing within the hour if all goes as planned!
Air Marshall Islands
Once you have confirmed your stay at Beran Island Resort we will make your inter-atoll (Majuro – Ailinglaplap) flight booking for you with Air Marshall Islands. Air Marshall Islands do not have online booking facilities and our local office in Majuro is setup to coordinate with Air Marshall Islands much more efficiently that contacting them directly. Once the booking is done we will let you know how to make payment. Fare from Majuro to Outer Islands is US$320 round trip. We will work with your group on a case by case basis to ensure all your equipment arrives on time and all travel details within the Marshall Islands are taken care of. Air Marshall Islands flies two small aircraft, a Dornier-223 and a Dash-8 under FAA Regulation. Air Marshall is run by government and government employees, therefore can be relatively slow. Aircraft are relatively small and is not always possible to get all your surf / SUPs on board. The larger aircraft can do this. Overweight charges may be applicable at the airport in Majuro @ US$1.10 per pound. Each passenger has a 30lb allowance. We will need advance notice of how many surfboards you and your group will be travelling with to arrange cargo space.
